Arrivals & Cancellations

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to relax and complete a consultation form. Late arrivals regrettably result in shortened treatment time, charged at full rate. Credit card details are required to secure an appointment over £100.  Clients wishing to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide twenty-four hours notice, or a 50% cancellation fine will be applied to your next bill. No shows will be charged at the full cost.

Patch Tests

All new clients require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to any colour treatment or lash or brow tint. This is a free service. We recommend this yearly.

Complaints

Should you be unhappy with your visit to Bentley Surrey for whatever reason, please kindly let us know in writing within 24 hours.

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our treatments.

Parking

Free parking is available on The Parade (1 hour only) or in the train station car park £5 per day before 10.30am or £2 per day after 10.30am.

Special Consideration

Please advise our staff if you are pregnant or have any special medical needs so that treatments may be adapted or recommended.

Stylist Request

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that you have the stylist/therapist of your choice, we regret that this may not always be possible and could be subject to change.

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items on the premise.

Vouchers

All vouchers have an expiry date and can not be used after this date. If you have a problem using your voucher before it expiries please contact the salon direct to make an arrangement. We do not offer refund on vouchers. Vouchers can be used on hair services, nail service and products.

We reserve the right to withdraw discounts, offers and services without prior notice if deemed necessary.
